Emerald By the Sea is located at the east end of Galveston Island. Guests of the Emerald 712-Good Day Sunshine will relish the magnificent view of the sunrise in the morning from an enormous balcony. Sit and enjoy a quiet sunrise and watch the beach come to life every day. The Emerald 712 is a south facing unit with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, guests will also see the cruise ships as they enter and exit the Port of Galveston from the eastern most points off Galveston Island.
Emerald 712-Good Day Sunshine is a large 2/2.5 bath condo that will accommodate up to 6 guests. All guests check in directly at The Emerald and check in begins at 3pm. Covered parking in the garage is available at The Emerald. This high rise condo features numerous luxury items including a 6th floor swimming pool where guests may enjoy the swim-up bar and the cabanas. The Emerald also has a movie room, fitness room and wine tasting room. Only a short walk to a locally owned grocery store, or bike to town and walk around The Strand and The Historic homes of Galveston. This property has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully outfitted including large refrigerator, oven, microwave, keurig coffee pot and the owner provides a beginning set of k-cups for each guest. Those who are coffee fans should bring additional k-cups. All dishes and cooking implements you will need to prepare meals. The living area features floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door to the large balcony. The living area also features a 55" flat screen television and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 32" TV and ceiling fan along with an en suite bath featuring a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a full size bed, 32" TV, ceiling fan. There is a 2nd bathroom which features a tub/shower combination. The half bath is easily accessible to the common area. This property also has a stackable washer/dryer.
