This wonderful home has updates throughout and a fun coastal theme. Located only 2 blocks to the beach and Seawall, you can walk to the beach for endless hours of fun in the sun! Free on-street parking so no need to hassle with Seawall parking!



The multiple decks offer great Gulf breezes and a cozy space for morning coffee or soaking up some sun. Enjoy the upstairs sundeck from the master or by exterior stairs. Catch a Wave is over 100 years old and includes unique features like a claw-foot tub, beautiful old sleigh bed, and gorgeous hardwood floors.



This two-story home sleeps 6 with sleeping for two in the downstairs living room with a queen sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms located upstairs, creating more privacy. The first bedroom includes a twin with trundle bed and the second/master bedroom features a queen bed. Please note the layout of the rooms upstairs; access to the master is through the twin bedroom, however, there is an exterior door to the sundeck.



On-street parking available at a maximum of two cars, however, parking is enforced with parking permits which we provide for your convenience.

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
