When you’re ready to explore, the beach is just a short walk away, West End Marina & Restaurants is nearby for waterfront dining and drinks, and Downtown Galveston’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions are approximately 30 minutes away. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you would like to request an early check-in, please reach out to us at least 1 day before your arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. For late check-out requests, kindly reach out to us at least 1 day before your departure. Late check-out is subject to approval and, if approved, will incur a $75 + tax fee, with a latest check-out time of 12:00 PM. Your check-in instructions, including your door access code, will be sent 3 days before your scheduled arrival.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
